LIZTOX® 100 U is a premium cosmetic injectable containing highly purified Clostridium botulinum toxin type A. Manufactured by Huons Global Co., Ltd. (South Korea), it temporarily smooths dynamic facial wrinkles and prevents new lines from forming.
Composition
- Clostridium botulinum toxin type A: 100 U
- Human serum albumin: 0.5 mg
- Sodium chloride: 0.9 mg
Mechanism of Action
By blocking acetylcholine release at the neuromuscular junction, LIZTOX® induces localized muscle relaxation. This softens both fine and deep expression lines and inhibits the development of new wrinkles. When injected into sweat glands, it also reduces excessive perspiration without systemic effects.

Preparation & Administration
- Reconstitution: Add sterile, preservative-free 0.9% saline. Gently swirl; avoid shaking.
- Use Window: Within 24 hours at 2–8 °C refrigeration.
- Injection: Intramuscular with a 30 G needle; dosing tailored to treatment area.
